At 123 Portland by Minto Communities, we blend classical Parisian architectural traditions with the vibrant, urban landscape of Toronto’s King West. To promote the building’s four luxurious penthouses, I designed a series of high-end brochures that reflect the sophistication and exclusivity of these residences.

 

Each brochure features opulent printing finishes, including foils and die-cuts, mirroring the exquisite details found within the units. The collection is distinguished by two cover designs: the pristine white cover represents the pinnacle of luxury, with the penthouse priced at $3.5 million, while the sleek black covers correspond to units priced between $2.35 and $3 million.
