Melanie Chong is a cosmetic chemist who leads Melani Beauty (cosmetic formulation) and Analog Sci (boutique R&D specializing in cosmetics, topicals, and pharma-adjacent labs, including cannabis science). With 25+ years across fashion, beauty, and marketing, she’s worked with major fashion houses, appeared on-air, and contributed editorially to Canadian media, while continuing to mentor students and emerging scientists.

I created a contemporary, memorable identity system, including a custom typographic wordmark, M monogram, and the tagline “Chemistry Matters.” Custom collages and icons support the wider brand world, while packaging stays intentionally minimal, featuring only the M, for MELANI Beauty’s anti-pollution botanical serums and detox products.
