123 Portland blends classical parisian building traditions with Toronto’s urban landscape in the midst of electric King West. Four luxury brochures were designed to promote the building’s four penthouses. Luxury printing finishes featuring foils and die-cuts were used to complement the units luxury finishes. The white cover is identified as the most expensive at $3.5m. All black cover units range from $2.35-$3m.
