OVERVIEW
International interior designer Mila Yudina engaged me to create a new brand identity that reflects her philosophy of interiors as Functional Sculpture. With offices in Toronto and Miami, Mila’s practice spans residential, commercial, and product design, and her vision called for a brand that could embody exclusivity, tactility, and sculptural restraint.
Mila’s work is known for its couture-level precision, organic forms, and quiet boldness — but her existing brand identity didn’t capture this essence. The challenge was to create a visual language as timeless and elevated as her interiors, while ensuring it could flex across both client-facing platforms and a future collection of furniture and tiles.
My process began with a deep dive into Mila’s philosophy, client base, and global ambitions. Together, we defined Functional Sculpture as the brand’s anchor, shaping both the strategy and design system.
